The service
Coaching is a personalised training and nutrition programme delivered remotely, together with periodic review and adjustment. It is an advisory and educational service. It is not medical care, physiotherapy, or the treatment of any condition.
Eligibility
- You must be 18 or over to purchase coaching.
- You must disclose any injury, condition, medication or pregnancy that could affect the safety of exercise, before starting and as it changes.
- You must obtain clearance from a qualified clinician where advised to.
Fees, terms and cancellation
- Fees, minimum term and billing frequency are those shown at the point of purchase.
- REPLACE: state the exact minimum term, notice period, pause policy and refund position, and make sure they match what the homepage FAQ says.
- Payments are collected by a third-party processor. Its terms apply to the transaction itself.
- Missed sessions, unread messages or unlogged training do not create a right to a refund. The service is the provision of programming and coaching, not a guaranteed outcome.
No guarantee of results
No specific result, timeline, weight, measurement or level of strength is promised. Outcomes depend on adherence, starting point, sleep, stress, genetics and circumstances outside anyone's control. Any results shown on this site are individual and are not a representation of typical outcomes.
Your responsibilities
- Give accurate information about your health, history and circumstances.
- Stop exercising and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness or any symptom that concerns you.
- Use programmes personally. They are licensed to you and may not be shared, resold or distributed.
Intellectual property
All programmes, written material, video and design on fitwithroshan.com remain the property of Fit With Roshan. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use what you have purchased.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability arising from use of the service is limited to the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
REPLACE: have a lawyer confirm this clause is enforceable in your jurisdiction and appropriate to your insurance cover.
Governing law
